Choose from 90 luxuriously appointed Guest Rooms or 2 or 3 bedroom Bay Pines Villas. While the entire resort is open for your pleasure, the Mansion side offers a bounty of amenities just footsteps from your room: private beach, outdoor and indoor pools, a tennis complex staffed by professionals, a cardio/weight room and fitness studio, even a spa treatment room. Two restaurants offer dining experiences to fit every whim. Bayzo's Pub is an intimate gathering spot that features live music on summer weekends, and four televisions to help you keep track of the Sox, Celtics and Patriots. Ocean Terrace outdoors features a hip bar and dining area adjacent to the historic Nickerson Mansion. You will be swept away by the breathtaking views of Cape Cod Bay. At Ocean Terrace indoors, three intimate dining rooms in the Mansion have been preserved to reflect the turn-of-the-century period of the Nickerson family.

Only Mansion-side Guests enjoy access to our private beach, and the pampering continues with full chair, towel, food and beverage service. Beach bonfires at sunset on select nights in-season cap off your stay in glorious Cape Cod fashion.

Enjoy the seclusion and first-class service of our 2- and 3-bedroom Bay Pines Villas on the Mansion side. Nestled in the trees, with views of the Mansion or the waterfront, Bay Pines Villas are a short walk to the private beach, reserved for Mansion-side Guests only.

Spacious corner suites in the Mansion Guest Wings complete with views of Cape Cod Bay. A separate bedroom with king size bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and newly renovated private bath with whirlpool. Living and dining areas feature gas fireplaces, flat screen televisions and full size kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a wet bar for entertaining.

Guest Rooms at Ocean Edge are located in the Guest Wings adjacent to the historic turn-of-the century Nickerson Mansion. Our Guest Rooms boast updated Cape Cod décor, all with bayside or garden views. Guest Rooms feature first class hotel service and are a short walk to the private beach, reserved for Mansion side Guests only.
