The Mansion Ballroom
Introducing the Mansion Ballroom and Rooftop Terrace, Cape Cod's
newest and largest luxury ballroom. This posh new 5,000 square-foot
ballroom is a splendid extension of the historic Nickerson Mansion.
The Mansion Ballroom made its debut in Spring 2009.
The Mansion Ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests for dinner and dancing.

Rooftop Terrace
Funky, but sophisticated in a South Beach way, the Rooftop Terrace,
features a swanky outdoor bar and seating and dining areas with
breathtaking views of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown on a clear day.
A perfect place to break out of session, begin the party or wind
down after a long day. Seasonal.

The Linx Pavilion
The 2,500 square foot Linx Pavilion is a unique venue for a more
casual feeling. Completed in the summer of 2008, the Linx Pavilion
houses a 2,500-square-foot transparent room and canopy. In the daytime
this venue offers a sweeping view of the Nicklaus Design golf course's
18th hole. Lighting and décor can easily be changed to suit the venue.
The Linx Pavilion accommodates up to 120 guests for dinner.

Bay Pines Pavilion
This poolside pavilion is ideal for meetings and seminars. Its cozy,
relaxed poolside setting provides a great break out or cocktail
area and backdrop.
The Bay Pines Pavilion accommodates 250 guests until 10pm.

The Mansion
Once the summer home of the Nickerson family, this historic
building is the crown jewel of Ocean Edge, and many rooms have
magnificent and sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay. Private rooms
located on the Mansion second floor, many with walk out
balconies overlooking Cape Cod Bay.
The Mansion room can accommodate up to 50 guests for
dinner and dancing.

The Carriage House
Like the Mansion, the Addie Nickerson Room in the historic
Carriage House is an ideal venue for meetings that need use
of a number of larger rooms simultaneously. Break out or
cocktails can be served in stable room with soaring ceilings,
or outdoors, where a large open space gives way to a canopied
terrace with a magnificent view of Cape Cod Bay.
