Packages include golf, tennis, exploring Cape Cod and a variety of year-round and seasonal specials to ensure that guests experience our resort to its fullest. Take a swing with our golf package or book the Explore the Cape package, which includes a whale-watching tour. Whatever you choose, your Cape Cod getaway at our resort is sure to be enjoyable.
Resort recreation packages include luxury accommodations and use of the fitness facilities. Please arrange tee times and dinner reservations at the time of booking your package. For guests desiring additional activities, the Concierge will gladly help you make your arrangements.
Ocean Edge's atmosphere is one of relaxed Cape Cod vacation resort elegance and casual attire is encouraged. We ask golfers to dress appropriately while on the golf course and driving range. Fashions designed specifically for golf are acceptable. Slacks, hemmed walking shorts, sleeved shirts with collar, men's and ladies' fashion collarless golf shirts and ladies' sleeveless golf shirts, and soft spike golf shoes are acceptable. No jeans, cargo shorts or cutoff shorts allowed. The Ocean Grille provides a casually elegant Cape Cod weekend getaway setting in the evening. We ask that guests avoid wearing sandals or flip flops and no cut-offs or cargo shorts. Jackets are recommended but not required.

Reservation Policies & Procedures
Guarantee Policy (November 1 through April 30):
A major credit card is required to reserve accommodations November 1 through April 30, but a deposit is not.
Deposit Policy (May 1 through October 31):
A deposit of the first night's room rate, daily resort fee, and tax will be applied at the time of reservation. This deposit is fully refundable outside of 14 days prior to arrival.
Deposit Policy (Multi-Bedroom Villas):
A deposit equal to 50% of full stay, including resort fee and tax, will be applied at the time of reservation. This deposit is fully refundable outside of 30 days prior to arrival.
Minimum Stay Requirements:
Minimum length of stay may be required. For all multi-bedroom villas in Bay Pines, Endicott and Edinborough, a Saturday arrival and departure is required with a 7 night minimum length of stay from June 27 through August 31.

Resort Fee Inclusions through April 30, 2008:
The resort fee will be added to the nightly rate which includes self-parking, unlimited local calls, long distance telephone access, fitness center access, wireless internet, incoming faxes, pool towels, daily newspaper and business center access.
Resort Fee Inclusions May 1 through October 31, 2008:
The resort fee will be added to the nightly rate which includes self-parking, unlimited local calls, long distance telephone access, fitness center access, wireless internet, pool towels, beach towels, daily newspaper, morning coffee bar in Bayzo's, and continuous property shuttles throughout the resort.
Service Charges:
A 15% service charge and 6% administrative fee is added to all a-la-carte food and beverage charges. Additional gratuity is at guest discretion.
Taxes:
The room rate and daily resort fee are subject to state and local taxes of 9.7%.
Dining and Recreation Reservations:
Advance reservations and appointments are strongly recommended for all evening dining and recreation.
Cancellation Policy (through April 30, 2008):
Reservations are guaranteed to the credit card provided at the time of booking and a 24 hour cancellation policy is observed during this timeframe. Cancellations will be accepted without penalty until 5:00pm on the day preceding the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy (May 1st through October 31st ):
Cancellations within 8-14 days prior to arrival will be charged one night's room/package rate, tax and resort fee. Cancellation of any accommodation type 0-7 days prior to the arrival date are responsible for 100% of the full stay room/package rate, tax and resort fee. Failure to arrive on the first night of stay without notice will cause forfeiture of entire deposit and cancellation of remaining nights, all activities and dining reservations for the entire stay.
Cancellation Policy (MULTI-BEDROOM VILLAS):
Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the full stay, including resort fees and tax. Failure to arrive on the first night of stay without notice will cause forfeiture of deposit and cancellation of remaining nights, all activities and dining reservations for the entire stay.
Early Check-In Policy:
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. If you arrive early, you may check your luggage and enjoy any of our resort amenities until your room becomes available.
Early Departure Policy:
Early Departure will be handled as a cancellation and is subject to the cancellation policy guidelines. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Additional Adults/Children:
Rates quoted for all guest rooms and one-bedroom villas are based on single occupancy with existing bedding. There is no charge for children under 17 when they occupy the same room as their accompanying adults. Rollaway beds are not offered in any one-bedroom villas due to capacity controls.
