Deposit and Final Payment Policy
Mansion Guestrooms and One-Bedroom Villas
Payment of one night, including room/package rate, resort fee and tax is required when your reservation is confirmed.
Final payment is due 7-days prior if you stay May through October or 24-hours prior to arrival if your stay occurs from November through April.
Two and Three-Bedroom Villas
Payment of 50% of the total stay including room/package rate, resort fee and tax is required when your reservation is confirmed. Final payment is due 30-days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
Summer Policy for Mansion Guestrooms and One-Bedroom Villas:
May 1st through October 31st - Based on Stay Date
- Reservations cancelled 15 or more days prior to the arrival date are entitled to a refund of the deposit less a $25 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled 14-8 days prior to the arrival date will be charged one night's room/package rate, resort fee and tax
- Reservations cancelled 7-0 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 100% of the full stay, including room/package rate, resort fee and tax
Winter Policy for Mansion Guestrooms and One-Bedroom Villas:
November 1st through April 30th - Based on Stay Date
- Reservations cancelled more than 24-hours prior to the arrival date (before 4pm on the day preceding arrival) are entitled to a refund of the deposit less a $25 Cancellation Fee.
- Reservations cancelled less than 24-hours prior to the arrival date (after 4pm on the day preceding arrival) will be charged 100% of the full stay, including room/package rate, resort fee and tax
Multi-Bedroom Villas
January 1st through December 31st
- Reservations cancelled 31 or more days prior to the arrival date are entitled to a refund of the deposit less a $25 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled 30-0 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 100% of the full stay, including room/package rate, resort fee and tax
All Dates: Early Departures and No-Show Reservations will be charged 100% of the full stay, including room/package rate, resort fee and tax, and the accommodations may be resold.
Bay Pines Beach Access Policy
Access to the Bay Pines Beach is restricted to Guests staying on the Mansion side; in Mansion Guestrooms or Bay Pines Villas only. Only guests staying in a multi-bedroom Endicott or Edinborough Villa on the Villages side have beach access to the Bay Pines beach. Guests staying in Arbor or Britterige Village do not have access to the private beach. However, we offer our Villages side guests an opportunity to purchase a beach pass at check-in providing access to six Brewster beaches and two Brewster ponds. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Pet Policy
Ocean Edge does not permit pets on our premises. The only exception to this rule is for guests that require service animals.
A Word about Real Estate Agencies and Private Rentals
You are considered a Resort Guest of Ocean Edge only if a reservation is made through the Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club reservation system. As a Resort Guest, you are entitled to full and unlimited use of our seasonal complimentary resort shuttle, 2 indoor and 4 outdoor pools, fitness facilities, complimentary kid's activities and daily housekeeping. Only Ocean Edge Club Members and Resort Guests booking through our reservations system have access to our private Nicklaus Design golf course, to our tennis complexes, to the Ocean EdgeVenture kids program, on-property bike rentals, and access to fitness classes, including spinning and yoga on the beach and golf and tennis lessons and programs. Please be advised if you rent accommodations on the Ocean Edge complex through a real estate agency or with a private owner you will have no resort privileges or access to the above mentioned facilities. Certain exceptions may be made for Ocean Edge homeowners who are also Ocean Edge Club Members.
