to accommodate many budgets. Minimum revenue
requirements do apply for specific function
space during higher demand seasons regardless
of the package you select.

Wedding Ceremonies
Our beautiful estate grounds are often chosen as
the site of the wedding ceremony. We will be
delighted to coordinate your rehearsal and wedding
ceremony for a fee of $975. Beach Ceremonies are available
with some restrictions for a fee of $1500.
Guest Rooms
A group rate and room block can be arranged
upon request and are priced based on availability.
Dressing Your Table
Dinner tables are dressed in white or ivory linens, white
napkins and votive candles. If you would like to
consider other table fashions, we are pleased to
coordinate linen rentals on your behalf. We are
also happy to offer Chiavari chairs at $10 each or chair covers at $8 each.
Children and Vendor Meals
Children's Meals (ages 4-10) $27 plus service, tax and gratuity per child
Vendor Meals $20 or $40 plus service, tax and gratuity per person
Rehearsal Dinners, Wedding Brunches & Beach Bonfires
We are happy to extend your celebration with
rehearsal dinners, wedding brunches and beach
bonfires with s'mores. Ask your wedding
coordinator for menus.
Payment
To secure a date for your event, we respectfully
require an initial non-refundable deposit of 25% of
the estimated revenue at the time we receive your
signed agreement. Second and third deposits are due
6 and 3 months prior to the event and the estimated
balance is due 10 days prior to the event. All
charges over and above the estimated balance are
billed to a credit card and a receipt will be
mailed to you upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Period prior to the event, assessment charge for event cancellation:
12 months or more prior to the event, 15% of total estimated revenue
6-12 months (182-364 days), 25% of total estimated revenue
4-6 months (121-181 days), 50% of total estimated revenue
2-4 months (61-120 days), 75% of total estimated revenue
60 days or less, 100% of total estimated revenue.
Amenities
A room delivery charge applies for all amenities $4 per room.
Administrative Fees
Wedding packages are subject to a 15% gratuity, 6%
administrative fee and applicable taxes. The administrative
fee is not a gratuity or tip, and is not the property of
the employee(s) providing service to you. |
