The Mansion Ballroom
Introducing the Mansion Ballroom, Cape Cod’s newest and largest luxury ballroom. This posh 4,500 square-foot ballroom is a gala-worthy extension of the historic Nickerson Mansion. The Mansion Ballroom debuted in Spring 2009 and accommodates up to 275 of your nearest and dearest for dinner, dancing and making history.

Ocean Terrace
Awash in urban chic, the Ocean Terrace, features a swanky, South Beach- inspired outdoor bar and dining areas with legendary views of Cape Cod Bay and, on a clear day, even Provincetown. Cocktail party or après party, the perfect extra for your wedding day. Seasonal.

The Linx Pavilion
Out-of-this-world wedding festivities unfold in the 2,500 square-foot Linx Pavilion. A completely transparent room magically ushers the outdoors in. Completed in 2008, the Pavilion also offers solid canopy options for more intimate affairs. Drink in the sweeping daytime views of the Nicklaus Design golf course’s 18th hole. Twinkling lights create a starry canopy for dinner and dancing– but ask about our many lighting and décor options.
The Linx Pavilion accommodates up to 120 guests until 10pm. Available April through October.

The Mansion Front Lawn
The classic, outdoor wedding of your dreams comes to life amid the famous Ocean Edge Linden trees. Under an expansive tent on our rolling emerald lawn, your reception awaits with the Mansion and Carriage House as an out-of-another-century backdrop.
The Mansion Front Lawn accommodates 300+ guests for dinner and dancing until 10pm.
Bay Pines Pavilion
Make quite a splash in this charming poolside setting. Just a short walk from the beach (wondering where to throw the bouquet?), the chic Pavilion offers cocktails, dinner and dancing in a dreamy outdoor atmosphere. The Bay Pines Pavilion accommodates 250 guests until 10pm. Available April through November.

The Mansion
“Something old…” Once the summer home of the Nickerson family, this historic manse is the crown jewel of Ocean Edge. Tie the knot in an intimate, one-of-a-kind setting with the extra cache of magnificent views of Cape Cod Bay. Many private rooms on the Mansion’s second floor also feature walk-out balconies to allow your guests to stroll outdoors to take in the view. The Mansion can accommodate up to 50 guests for dinner.

The Carriage House
Like the Mansion, the Addie Nickerson Room in the historic Carriage House gives you a live-happily-ever-after backdrop for the ultimate romantic wedding. Cocktails, dinner and dancing flow from a large open outdoor space to a canopied terrace with a breathtaking view of Cape Cod Bay. Accommodating 120 guests for dinner and dancing.
