Join us at Bayzo's Pub for St. Patrick's Day Weekend (March 17-20 for our Irish Tasting Menu featuring Braised Corned Beef Brisket, Guinness Pot Pie, Chocolate Brioche Bread Pudding with an Irish Whiskey Butterscotch Sauce and many more tasty delights.


Irish Mythology Seminar

Saturday, March 12, 19, & 26 at 1PM

We're sure you know a little about ancient Greek and Roman mythology, but do you know anything about Irish mythology and folklore? Well we have someone who knows it all! Mary Ann Eaton, a Cape Cod local, will be here on select Saturdays to discuss Irish mythology and symbolism that spreads throughout history.

Mary Ann Eaton has a BA in English from Regis College, Weston, MA and has attended University College Cork, in Cork City, Ireland, where she concentrated her studies in Irish and Celtic literature Ancient Mythological tales and medieval literature is of special interest, and her study in Ireland awakened a passion for the depth and richness of this Celtic country that she enthusiastically wishes to share with others.

Weekly Activities

At Ocean Edge Resort, St. Patrick's Day is a safe, month-long celebration! Choose from Beer Glass Painting, Horseshoes, Write Your Own Limerick, EDGEventure Bear Factory, St. Patrick's Day Crafts, Trivia and more!

Complimentary Horseshoes Rentals & Lessons  - Available daily. Sign them out at the Front Desk. Lessons will be held on Tuesdays at 2PM on The Front Lawn.
EDGEventure Bear Factory - Saturdays & Sundays at 10AM and Wednesdays at 11AM in The Ocean Edge Room located behind The Carriage House. $25 per stuffed animal.
Pint Glass Etching Workshop - Etch and decorate your very own pint glass with local artist Etched by Elizabeth. This class costs $20 per glass. Wine glasses will also be available. Thursday, March 3 & 17, and Sunday, March 6 and 13.
Write Your Own Limerick - Monday and Friday mornings. Swing by The Mansion Great Hall to write your own Irish limerick.
"Try Your Luck" Trivia - Wednesdays at 7PM at The Frost Bar. Not your traditional trivia. In the spirit of riddles, these questions will make you think outside the box.
St. Patrick's Day Crafts - How many leaves will your clover have? Saturday, March 12 and 19, at 1PM at The Carriage House.
Pour the Perfect Pint - Ever wonder how bartenders are able to pour the perfect pint of Guinness? Swing by Bayzo's Pub on Mondays at 3PM and our bartender will show you!

Irish Step Performances and Dance Classes

Dance Performances on Sundays in The Mansion Ballroom

March 6 at 1PM, March 13 at 2:30PM, March 20 at 1PM

Lessons will follow 30 mins after performance start time.

Come enjoy performances by the Kanaley School of Irish Dance and learn some new moves that are sure to put some spring in your (Irish) step!

The Green Light To Have Fun

While you are here, if you have not had the chance to enjoy dining in our private Igloos at The Frost Bar, book one before they are gone for the season. The lights have been changed to green for our Taste of Ireland celebration, which you should take as the green light to enjoy yourself!
