Bay Pines Villas
Bay Pines Villas are Ocean Edge’s luxury multi-bedroom residences in Cape Cod just steps from our private beach. With spacious layouts, full kitchens, waterfront options, and refined coastal style, they offer the comfort of a private home paired with full resort amenities.
The Mansion Guest Wings
The Mansion Guest Wings offer classic hotel-style accommodations in Cape Cod set within our historic Nickerson Mansion. Just a short stroll to the private beach, these rooms combine timeless architecture and coastal charm, placing you at the heart of Ocean Edge’s original estate experience.
The Villages
Villages offer spacious villa accommodations across Ocean Edge’s scenic grounds. Ideal for families and those traveling with pets, they feature full kitchens, separate living areas, and access to golf, pools, pickleball, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail, prioritizing comfort, flexibility, and close proximity to Ocean Edge’s most beloved features.
The Charm on Main
ADULTS ONLY
Step into the newest property in the Ocean Edge family. This adults-only boutique inn experience resides just down the road in the heart of Brewster. Thoughtfully intimate and distinct in personality, The Charm offers personalized service, elevated comfort, and a quieter Cape Cod escape. As a guest of The Charm, you enjoy full access to the amenities of Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, from the private beach and pools to golf, dining, and activities.
Pet-Friendly Villas

Traveling with your dog shouldn’t mean leaving anyone behind. At Ocean Edge, our pet-friendly villas at Arbor Village in The Villages offer the space, comfort, and convenience you and your four-legged companion need to truly unwind.
Set within our 429-acre resort, Arbor Village places you close to scenic walking paths, open green spaces, and the best of Cape Cod’s pet-friendly beaches and trails. It’s an ideal home base for morning strolls, outdoor adventures, and relaxed days spent together.
Inside your villa, your pet will feel right at home with thoughtful amenities including a plush bed, food and water bowls, and treats to welcome them. With spacious, residential-style accommodations and full access to resort amenities, you can enjoy everything Ocean Edge has to offer—without compromising on who gets to come along.

Exceptional Amenities
All resort guests have access to amenities throughout Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, with the exception of Bay Pines Pool from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The pool is offered exclusively to guests staying at The Mansion at Ocean Edge. Access to the adults-only Charm on Main and its private pool are reserved exclusively for guests of Charm on Main.
