The heart of Ocean Edge comes alive on The Front Lawn.
The Front Lawn has officially closed for the 2025 season — thank you to all who joined us for another summer of lawn games, cocktails, and unforgettable sunsets over The Mansion.
We look forward to welcoming you back in 2026 for more outdoor fun, crisp Cape Cod breezes, and relaxed Front Lawn Fun in Brewster.
Until then, stay cozy and visit Bayzo’s Pub or the Roscommon Room for year-round dining and good company.

Lite Bites
From fire-roasted wings and mini lobster sliders to fig & prosciutto pizza and blistered corn, our outdoor wood-fire brick oven will cater to every taste. The kids (and you) will love our brick oven S’mores Pizza. All the traditional fixings melted at 800 degrees into one delicious treat to share. Pre-packed picnics will be available for purchase as well.
Local Brewers
Choose from a variety of beers, cocktails, wine and specialty non-alcoholic beverages. Buy a bucket of beers for your friends. Local brewers include Cape Cod Beer, Devil's Purse, Hog Island and Barnstable Brewery.
Fire Pits
Enjoy the ambiance and fiery glow at one of our fire pit lounges with spaced out seating. Make new friends as you take in the starry sky above you.
Lawn Games
Enjoy various lawn game such as bocce, frisbee Kan Jam, jumbo inflatable ring toss, horseshoes, giant Jenga and more!
