The Cooking Demo You Don't Want to Miss

Our culinary team invites you to join them every Saturday for a delicious afternoon with this up-close cooking demonstration accompanied by some of our favorite wines. The recipe changes each week and includes winter vegetables, marinading game birds and meats, and more.

 

When: Saturdays from 3-4pm

Where: The Roscommon Room at The Mansion

Cost: $50 per person

Includes samplings of food prepared right in front of you. Wine is provided.
