Plunge & Presence: Cold Immersion, Breathwork & Yoga
Experience the full potential of your breath and the power of the plunge.
Cold immersion is more than a trend; it’s a powerful tool for nervous system regulation and immune support. When paired with guided breathwork, it becomes a practice in meeting intensity with intention. A single cold plunge can reduce inflammation for up to six days and strengthen your immune, respiratory, and nervous systems. With skilled guidance and steady support, you’ll learn to approach the cold not as a challenge to overcome, but as an opportunity to come home to yourself. And throw in a social sauna to make things interesting, even more therapeutic, and more fun!
Set against the serene backdrop of Cape Cod, Plunge & Presence is a powerful exploration of what it means to be fully present—through the transformative practices of cold immersion, conscious breathwork, and meditative movement.
Guided by Michael Christoforo, breath and meditation coach certified in the Wim Hof Method, Oxygen Advantage and XPT, and certified yoga instructor, Jenya Nesterova, this weekend retreat invites you to explore the edges of your comfort zone in a supportive, grounding, and deeply rejuvenating environment.
Your weekend experience includes:
- Yoga practices to open the body and center your awareness
- Breathwork to unlock energy and reset the nervous system
- A deeply immersive floating sound bath for rest and release
- Guided cold immersion to activate clarity, courage, and resilience
- A Social Sauna experience and integration time in community
- Meditation and mindfulness to anchor into the present moment
Whether you’re looking to expand your practice, regulate your energy, or simply reset and reconnect—Plunge & Presence offers a weekend of embodied transformation, deep rest, and renewed clarity.

About Jenya NesterovaJenya is a 500-hour certified Ashtanga-Vinyasa yoga teacher who began her yoga journey in 2018 to heal back pain and find balance through asana. Her path deepened in 2019 with the practice of meditation and teacher training in Costa Rica with the School Yoga Institute, where she experienced her first spiritual awakening. In 2022, she embraced Bhakti Yoga, diving into Vedic studies, Sanskrit, and mantra meditation. In 2023, Jenya began studying under Rich Gonshak in the Ashtanga lineage of Pattabhi Jois, later completing her 300-hour training in Rishikesh, India. Now based on Cape Cod, Jenya teaches both heated and non-heated Vinyasa classes, incorporating elements of Ashtanga, Pranayama, Kriya, alignment, and traditional sequences.
