Set against the stunning backdrop of Cape Cod in the fall at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, this retreat invites you to slow down during one of the most beautiful and restorative times of year on The Cape. Crisp ocean air, changing colors, quiet beaches, and the peaceful rhythm of autumn create the perfect setting to retreat inward and reconnect with yourself.

This retreat offers a supportive space to soften stress, return to your body, and gently shift the habits shaping your daily life.

Through mindful yoga, meditation, breathwork, and reflection, you’ll release tension, calm your nervous system, and build awareness around patterns that keep you feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

You’ll move through slow, nourishing practices and moments of stillness—creating space for both deep rest and meaningful change.

$1,665 - Single Package - Mansion Room with King

$2,495 - Double Package - Mansion Room with 2 Queens or 1 King ($1,247.50 per person)

$910 - Commuter Package (available 15 - 30 days prior to the retreat)
