Meet Jim Leahy

Meet Jim Leahy

Jim is an "Elite Professional" with the USPTA. He has been the Director Of Tennis at Ocean Edge for 20 years. Jim played at Indiana University and held top ten rankings in New England open division competition. He has been a career pro and was voted USTA tournament director of the year. He has a passion for teaching and enjoys introducing new players to the game. He resides on Cape Cod and has four children.

Meet Jenya Nesterova 

Jenyais a 500-hour YTT-certified Ashtanga - Vinyasa Teacher. She started my Yoga journey in 2018 when she was struggling with back pain and used Asana practice to strengthen her physical body and find balance. Later her journey unfolded in a life lasting experience. 
In 2019 she started practicing Meditation. She took her first Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training in Costa Rica with the School Yoga Institute where she had her first awakening experience. Yoga has been her main Life path since. In the end of 2022,Jenyastepped on the path of Bhakti Yogas, Yoga of Love and Devotion. Since then she has been studying Vedas, ancient Yogic scriptures, learning the Sanskrit language, and reciting transcendental names in her meditation. In 2023 she met my Ashtanga Yoga teacher in Chicago Rich Gonshak, and started studying under the lineage of Pattabhi Joyce. Later in December, she traveled to Rishikesh, India where she took her 300hr  Ashtanga Vinyasa YTT. Just winter of 2025Jenyatook her first trip to Mysore, India, birthplace if Ashtanga Yoga and practiced under the guidance of Saraswati Joise.  
Jenta is now back to Cape Cod since teaching all over Cape cod.  She teaches heated and non-heated Vinyasa-style Yoga with some elements of Ashtanga. As well as the Primary series of Ashtanga Yoga sequence.Jenyais using Yogic Kriya breaths, Pranayama, Alignment, and Traditional Classical Asana sequences in her classes. Dedicated to keeping an ancient practice alive she follows the voices of her teachers and guides. Her classes will include modifications with blocks and straps as well as ad-ons of arm balances and inversions. Jenyais professionally trained to hands on assist.

This proves that time on our mat is precious. My teacher calls a Yoga mat a prayer rag and there is no better word to describe the way we should treat our practice’
