Fall Equinox Sound Healing Retreat with Yuval Samburski
There are vacations. There are wellness weekends. And then there are the rare, goosebump-giving, soul-softening escapes that make you say, oh… this is what I needed.
This September, as summer takes her graceful little curtsy and autumn steps onto Cape Cod in her golden-hour best, The Mansion at Ocean Edge welcomes Yuval Samburski for the Fall Equinox Celebration | Sound Healing & Self-Care: A Weekend Retreat — a deeply restorative, wildly soul-stirring weekend designed to help guests tune in, loosen up, breathe deeper, and quite literally raise their vibration.
Yes, we said vibration. And yes, we mean it in the most deliciously grounded way.
Yuval is a sound healer, yoga instructor, teacher trainer, mentor, E-500RYT, YACEP, Reiki Level 2 practitioner, and a presenter at beloved wellness destinations including Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Omega Institute, Ananda Ashram, and Ocean Edge. He has led retreats, trainings, and programs around the world — from India and Guatemala to Croatia, Costa Rica, the Azores, Cape Cod, and beyond. But what makes his work memorable is not simply where he has taught. It is how he teaches: with depth, warmth, humor, music, philosophy, and a make-yourself-at-home kind of magic.
This retreat is centered around Live-Voice Sound Healing, one of Yuval’s signature offerings. Through soulful chanting, breathwork, prayer, Tibetan bowls, chimes, steel drums, Sansula, and other instruments from around the world, Yuval creates what can only be described as an inner exhale. The kind you did not realize you were holding.
But this weekend is not just about lying still and listening beautifully — though, lucky you, there will be plenty of that. The experience also weaves together restorative yoga, pranayama, self-massage, dance, beach practice, Yoga Sutra wisdom, a floating sound bath, and a beach fire gathering. It is part retreat, part reset, part celebration, and part “why don’t I do this for myself more often?”
And that is really the heart of it.

Yuval believes that self-care is not something reserved for people with endless free time, perfect habits, or a dedicated meditation corner at home. It is a practice. A relationship. A way of listening. And, as he reminds us, it can be joyous, rewarding, and — believe it or not — fun.
Hosted during the Fall Equinox, the weekend arrives at a meaningful seasonal threshold: a time to pause, gather, release, and return to center. At Ocean Edge, that invitation feels especially natural. The salt air softens the edges. The beach becomes part of the practice. The fire becomes part of the ceremony. The weekend becomes less about “getting away” and more about coming back — to breath, to body, to self.
Guests can expect a compassionate and experiential journey that moves between individual reflection and shared community. There will be structure, but not stiffness. Depth, but not doom-and-gloom. Yuval’s teaching is known for making big yogic ideas feel “chewable, digestible, relatable, and even yummy,” which feels precisely right for a weekend where ancient wisdom meets Cape Cod ease.
This is a retreat for seasoned yogis, total beginners, sound healing devotees, wellness dabblers, deep feelers, tired overdoers, curious Cape-goers, and anyone who has been saying, “I really need to take better care of myself,” while doing absolutely everything except that.
In other words: this retreat is for you.
Come for the sound bath. Stay for the soulful reset. Leave with your breath a little deeper, your shoulders a little lower, your heart a little lighter, and your self-care toolbox beautifully stocked.
The Fall Equinox is all about balance — and this weekend is your invitation to find yours.
