Living From Love: A Weekend Retreat Rooted in Self-Connection

Living From Love is a heart-centered wellness retreat designed for anyone craving a pause from doing—and a return to simply being.

So many of us are doing everything “right”—staying busy, showing up for others, pushing forward—yet still feel a quiet disconnect beneath the surface. Living From Love was created for that moment: when you sense it’s time to pause, soften, and return to yourself.

Taking place March 27–29, 2026 at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, this heart-centered retreat is guided by Jessamy Brosnan and Izzy Lenihan, two deeply experienced teachers who share a belief that self-love isn’t something to achieve — it’s something to practice, feel, and live.

Jessamy’s work is rooted in embodiment: reconnecting with the body as a place of truth, wisdom, and safety. Her approach weaves strength and softness, movement and mindfulness, structure and permission. This retreat was born from her own realization that loving yourself isn’t an abstract idea—it’s a lived, physical experience that unfolds when the nervous system feels supported and heard.

Izzy brings more than three decades of experience as a life, career, and wellness coach, with a teaching style that is warm, grounded, and deeply human. Drawing from her time at world-renowned wellness destinations and mindfulness centers, Izzy creates spaces where people feel safe enough to be real—and where clarity, confidence, and self-trust can naturally emerge.

Together, Jessamy and Izzy have designed Living From Love as an invitation, not a demand. There is no fixing, performing, or striving here. Instead, the retreat offers gentle movement, meditation, rest, reflection, and shared presence—practices meant to help you slow down, listen inward, and rebuild a steady, honest relationship with yourself.

This retreat is for anyone who feels called to:

  • • Feel more at home in their body

  • • Trade self-improvement for self-connection

  • • Regulate their nervous system and reset

  • • Experience strength and tenderness side by side

  • • Be supported by community, without pressure or expectation

You don’t need prior experience with yoga or meditation. You don’t need a plan or a goal. As Jessamy and Izzy both remind us, if you feel the quiet pull, that’s enough.

Living From Love isn’t asking you to leap forward.
It’s simply inviting you to come home.
