This Summer, You're the Priority

Self-Love Summer returns June 19th — a full season of movement, restoration, and community running through Labor Day weekend.

Most people arrive at Ocean Edge with a plan. Golf in the morning. Beach by noon. Dinner at Ocean Terrace. Repeat until Sunday.

This summer, there's one more thing worth building into the rotation.

Our Self-Love Summer wellness classes return June 19th for another full season of movement, restoration, and community. Classes happen daily, mostly outdoors, mostly complimentary, and designed to meet you wherever you are on the wellness spectrum. That includes total beginners.

What's On the Schedule

Sand Salutations — Yoga on the Beach, Monday through Saturday (excluding Friday), starting at 8am

The Brewster Flats as your backdrop, the sound of the bay as your soundtrack. Instructors Jenya, Sophie, Erin, and Michelle rotate through the week, each bringing their own approach to a practice that's welcoming to all levels.

Coastal Conditioning — Pilates on the Beach, Fridays at 8am with Michelle

Built around rotational strength, core stability, and the kind of movement that makes everything else feel better — on the court, on the course, and off.

Community Yoga — Front Lawn, Sundays at 10am with Victor, set against the Nickerson Mansion

Open to the public, open to all ages, and exactly the kind of class that makes you wish every Sunday started this way.

Floating Sound Bath — Bayside Indoor Pool, Thursdays at 7pm with Erin

Live sound from singing bowls and resonant tones while you float on the surface of the pool. Water amplifies vibration in ways a studio floor never could. The result is something that's difficult to describe and easy to want again. $40 for resort guests; reservations required.

Acupuncture Happy Hour + Sound Bath — Retreat Studio, Mondays at 7pm with Erin & Heather

Dr. Heather Louks identifies key relaxation points to quiet the nervous system, followed by a live sound bath that carries the experience deeper. This class is a genuinely approachable introduction for anyone who's been curious but hasn't known where to start. $50 for resort guests and members; reservations required.

Self-Love Summer is designed around that reality. Not a rigid program. Not a transformation promise. Just a full season of options, showing up every day, available whenever you are.
