From November 28 through December 31, our historic 1912 estate transforms into a holiday wonderland filled with twinkling lights, seasonal flavors, family-friendly workshops, festive entertainment, and unforgettable celebrations. The Festive Forest
Nov 28 – Dec 31 · Wed–Sun · 4–9 PM
Free & Open to the Public
Stroll the Mansion Front Lawn and explore 25 beautifully decorated Christmas trees crafted by local Cape Cod businesses and organizations. Sip warm cocoa or mulled cider from our gingerbread house huts and experience the sparkle of the season under the stars. Learn more and plan your Festive Forest visit.
Igloo Dining
Nov 28 – Dec 31 · Wed–Sun · 5 PM & 7 PM
Dine inside your own private, heated igloo overlooking the Festive Forest. Enjoy mulled cider or hot chocolate and a four-course seasonal tasting menu. Igloos seat 4–6 guests and sell out quickly.
Mansion Merriment with Santa
Dec 6, 13 & 20 · 4–5:30 PM
Celebrate the season with cocoa, cookies, festive décor inside our 1912 Nickerson Mansion—and on December 20, join us for a special visit from Santa himself! Bring your wish list to share with Santa and join in with the holiday caroling as our classic carolers sing our favorite Christmas tunes. Free and open to all.
Holiday Piano Bar

Join beloved Boston entertainer Mel Stiller in the Mansion Great Hall for a festive holiday singalong. Seasonal dining available before or during the show.
Martinis at The Mansion
Saturdays in December · 6-10 PM
